Saint

Client: DCT Development Group
Project: A few things come to mind when you think of St. Kilda: Beaches; Sunshine; Rollerblading; Luna Park. It’s the suburb that most resembles where Barbie might live, taking her little hot pink convertible Jeep out cruising Carlisle Street. It’s a playground known the world over for good times, but for the hordes of young, urban professionals who have made their home here, the suburb’s charm encompass myriad factors that, together, create a quality of life unrivalled anywhere else. Epitomising this lifestyle, Saint presented buyers with the opportunity to invite the famed St. Kilda vibrance into their daily fold, offering homes that celebrate the suburb’s many nuances in their every iteration. To create this sense of dreaminess, Saint’s brand featured an abstract, gradated St. Kilda sunset that, complimented by a bold and modern type font, playful illustrations and the use of hyper-descriptive imagery, created a sensually rich image of life at Saint.
