Gramercy

Client: Roulston
Project: Gramercy is an example of just how effective keeping something simple can be. Integrating a key feature of the development into the branding process - namely concrete panelling - instilled a sense of Gramercy’s unwavering commitment to luxury from the outset. The contrast of these concrete feature elements against an almost delicate colour palette created a clean, elegant canvas that mimicked the project’s own clever clashing of materials. While the copy and brand language found integrity from architectural and designer statements, lifestyle photography and renders resounded a similar earnestness with their bright, expressive depiction of the homes and their surrounds.
