High & Spring

Client: Moda Corp
Project: Malvern is widely regarded as one of Melbourne’s premier lifestyle destinations. Locals however, know a different side of Malvern; a side where sophistication and comfort sit cheek-by-jowl as definitive proof that elegance and community warmth can co-exist in harmony. We wanted to accentuate these “local” sensibilities for High & Spring, reverberating to perspective buyers how the development was conceived with the dual melding of quality and comforts front of mind. Collateral echoed the calming and sophisticated Malvern landscape using a refined, earthy palette of colours, textures and photography drawing attention to smaller, more intricate elements to reflect the development’s own eye for detail.
