Project: Elk apartments heralded a new age or architectural excellence for Elsternwick. Our messaging played on capturing Elk’s unique melding of modern design elements with the charm generated from its bayside location. Capitalising on the idyllic landscape and lifestyle offerings that surround Elk, the collateral bourgeoned first from the soft gradations of an ocean view, which paved the way for the calming connotations used throughout the design process.
